Position Overview

Mama B Cleans LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our growing residential and commercial cleaning company. This role is focused on managing staff, ensuring quality service delivery, and keeping daily operations running smoothly, while the owners focus on business growth and expansion.

This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and can take ownership of operational processes.

Schedule

  • Part-Time (flexible hours based on business needs)
  • Primarily Monday–Friday with occasional availability for team support as needed

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management & Staffing

  • Manage daily schedules for cleaning technicians
  • Provide support and direction to field staff throughout the workday
  • Assist with interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees
  • Train new hires on company standards and expectations
  • Monitor employee performance, attendance, and reliability
  • Address staff concerns and help maintain a positive team culture

Daily Operations

  • Oversee daily cleaning schedules and ensure jobs are completed efficiently
  • Communicate with staff regarding job details, changes, or client needs
  • Fill schedule gaps or call-outs to maintain service consistency
  • Ensure all jobs are properly staffed and completed on time

Quality Control

  • Conduct quality checks on residential and commercial cleans
  • Ensure all services meet Mama B Cleans’ high standards
  • Address client complaints or issues promptly and professionally
  • Work with staff to correct performance issues and improve consistency

Client Communication

  • Respond to client questions, concerns, and service requests
  • Maintain professional and timely communication with clients
  • Help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention

Administrative & Organizational Support

  • Maintain employee records and basic documentation
  • Help organize internal processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Assist with tracking supplies and coordinating restocking
  • Support invoicing processes after services are completed

What This Role Does NOT Include

  • Full financial management or revenue tracking (handled by owners)
  • Primary responsibility for business growth, marketing, or sales (owners will lead growth initiatives)

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in management, operations, or team leadership
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lead a team while maintaining accountability
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-based environment
  • Cleaning industry experience preferred but not required

Compensation
