Part-Time Operations & Media Coordinator

seeking a highly organized and dependable Part-Time Operations & Media Coordinator to support a growing live entertainment, media, and artist development company.
This role combines operational organization with light media coordination and is ideal for someone who enjoys creative environments while also bringing structure and professionalism to fast-moving projects.
Responsibilities
- Organize receipts, invoices, and operational records
- Help maintain schedules, calendars, and event coordination
- Assist with artist, venue, and sponsor communications
- Organize photo/video/media assets
- Help coordinate social media posting and content scheduling
- Maintain organized digital files and workflows
- Assist with bookkeeping preparation and administrative support
- Support live events and promotional activities as needed
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, cloud storage, and digital tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects calmly and professionally
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content organization
- Experience with QuickBooks, Canva, photography, or video editing is a plus but not required

Schedule
