Ctrue Vision is a modern, fast-growing medical eye care practice serving the Williamsburg community. We provide comprehensive ophthalmic care in a high-efficiency clinical environment supported by experienced technicians and streamlined systems using eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR.

We are seeking a skilled, motivated Ophthalmologist to join our Williamsburg (C2) location for 1–2 days per week with an immediate start available.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking to build surgical consult volume while maintaining strong medical case flow.

Position Overview

This role includes:

• Comprehensive medical eye care
• Surgical evaluations and consults (cataract, refractive, glaucoma as applicable)
• On-site minor procedures
• Collaboration with optometric co-management
• Growing surgical referral pipeline

We are looking for someone confident managing both medical pathology and surgical candidacy.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Cataract evaluations & co-management
• Glaucoma diagnosis and management
• Diabetic eye exams & macular degeneration treatment
• Interpretation of OCT, Visual Fields, and imaging
• Minor in-office procedures (based on provider skill set)
• Pre-operative and post-operative management
• EMR documentation in eCW

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Ophthalmology
• Active New York State Medical License
• DEA registration (if applicable)
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Comfortable in structured, efficient practice environment

Experienced physicians preferred; motivated recent graduates welcome.

Compensation

Competitive NYC ophthalmology compensation:

• Hourly Range: $175 – $275 per hour
• Daily Rate (8 hrs): $1,400 – $2,200 per day
• Production-based bonus options available

Compensation varies based on experience, procedure mix, and productivity.

Independent contractor structure available.

Schedule

• 1–2 consistent weekdays per week
• Flexible scheduling options
