About the Role

Mountain View Orthodontics is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our high-performing clinical team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment and is confident in delivering high-quality orthodontic care with minimal supervision.

We are not offering training for beginners. Only candidates with recent chairside orthodontic experience will be considered.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with all orthodontic procedures, including bonding, debonding, adjustments, and retainer delivery
• Take high-quality digital radiographs, intraoral scans, and photos
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Prepare and sterilize instruments
• Provide excellent patient communication and education
• Support efficiency and smooth flow in a single-doctor environment

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1–2 years of orthodontic assisting experience (required)
• Proficiency with brackets, wires, elastics, and aligners
• Strong understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
• A positive personality with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and anticipate the doctor’s needs
• Comfort in a practice with an airway-focused treatment philosophy
