This is a phone-based sales role. Communication skills are more important than resume experience.

About the Role

We are a New York-based digital agency hiring a confident English-speaking caller to contact U.S. business owners and book qualified strategy calls for the CEO.

You do NOT close deals. Your role is to call, qualify, and book appointments.

Schedule

• Tuesday – Thursday
• 3 hours per day
• Total: 9 hours per week
• Calling during U.S. business hours

Compensation

• 20,000 PKR monthly base
• 10,000 PKR per CLOSED deal
• Additional monthly performance bonus may be awarded based on results and deal quality

Requirements

• Strong spoken English
• Clear, confident phone voice
• Neutral accent preferred
• Comfortable handling rejection
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace

Pay: Rs20,000.00 per month
