Duties

• Follow instructions from supervisors to perform tasks such as painting interior and exterior, light concrete work, installing basic structures, framing, roofing, grounds work.
• Hands on work, needs to be physically capable to work outside daily.
• Assist with material handling from job to job.

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
• Basic understanding of construction tools and materials preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and efficiently
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks on-site
• Good communication skills for working effectively with team members and supervisors
• Valid driver’s license is required with a clean driving record
