Do you want to work for a global and growing Sensory and Consumer research company?
Then join MMR as a part-time sensory panel assistant!

We are seeking a Part-Time Sensory Panel Assistant to support sensory projects at Danone’s sensory facility in Louisville, CO. You’ll work closely with MMR’s sensory team, the sensory panel, and Danone’s UX team to ensure sessions run smoothly; from sample prep to lab operations.

Hours: 20 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (aligned with the panel schedule)
Location: Onsite at Danone's Louisville, CO facility


Key Responsibilities


Receive, store and prepare samples and materials for panel training and profiling.

Keep the kitchen and testing areas organized by checking inventory, ordering supplies, and confirming deliveries.

‍ Support data collection by setting up projects in RedJade software (full training provided).

Set up sensory booths, workstations, and materials before sessions, and ensure all areas are cleaned and reset afterward.

Ensure that all activities carried out comply with basic food hygiene and health and safety standards.

Assist with recruiting and onboarding new panelists by preparing screening tests and session materials.

Assist in administrative duties (e.g. timesheets, scheduling, project and product logs in the lab notebook, updating the panel with logistic information, database).

Assist MMR and Danone sensory and UX partners with other tasks as required and always promote a pleasant working environment for all!


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Degree/certification in Food Science or hands-on lab/food service experience preferred
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook); training provided
  • Able to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 20 lbs
