As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a polished, dependable team member to support front desk operations and optimize daily clinical flow.

Responsibilities

Front Desk & Client Experience

• Greet clients warmly and professionally
• Answer phones, texts, and messages promptly
• Check clients in and out efficiently
• Schedule appointments for optimal provider flow
• Rebook every client before they leave
• Educate clients on services, skincare, and packages
• Manage appointment confirmations and follow-ups

Clinical Flow & Room Support

• Prepare treatment rooms between patients (under 3 minutes)
• Take before photos and numb patients prior to treatment
• Room patients, take vitals.
• Set up trays and supplies for procedures
• Assist provider during treatments as needed

Clinic Cleanliness & Inventory

• Keep lobby and treatment rooms spotless and styled
• Restock rooms throughout the day
• Perform daily supply checks and end-of-day inventory
• Organize cabinets, drawers, and back stock
• Prepare rooms and trays for the following day

Commission Structure

• 10% commission on skincare retail sold
• 3% commission on treatment packages sold

Qualifications

• Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable discussing treatments, products, and pricing
• Interest in aesthetics, skincare, or beauty industry
• Med spa, dental, or medical office experience is a plus but not required.

• Rooms always ready before the provider enters
• Clients feel welcomed and cared for
• Clinic remains pristine throughout the day
• 80%+ of clients rebook before leaving
• Skincare and package sales occur naturally
