Part-time Payroll/HR Generalist

Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time Payroll/HR Generalist to join our People & Organization Team in Green Bay. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate payroll processing while supporting a wide range of HR functions.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and motivated to make a positive impact across the organization.

What You’ll Do

Payroll & Compliance

  • Process weekly payroll using Paycom with accuracy and timeliness
  • Research and resolve payroll-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Conduct payroll audits and identify areas for improvement

HR Support

  • Assist with onboarding, employee relations, and performance support
  • Process benefit changes (HSA, 401k, etc.)
  • Support HR initiatives including recruiting, retention, and engagement
  • Assist with FMLA and other HR processes

Operations & Projects

  • Support HR and Safety initiatives (ERT, LOTO, SDS, etc.)
  • Conduct internal audits as needed
  • Assist with process improvements and special projects
  • Handle administrative tasks such as verifications, unemployment responses, and recordkeeping

Schedule
Part-time, non-exempt
Up to 16 hours per week

Flexible options:

  • Tuesday & Wednesday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
    or
  • Tuesday & Wednesday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Required Education & Experience

  • Associate’s Degree in related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Preferred Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
  • Knowledge of Paycom software
