Part-Time PE Football Coach – Sports Academy

Our sports academy is seeking a qualified and passionate PE Football Coach to join our team. This role is ideal for a Physical Education teacher with a football specialization who is looking for a partial position to complement their existing work.

Work Schedule:

• Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (from 5:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging football training sessions for children and youth, tailored to different skill levels.
• Apply PE teaching principles to develop players’ technical skills, fitness, and teamwork.
• Create a positive, motivating, and inclusive environment on the field.
• Monitor and track player progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all sessions.
• Communicate effectively with parents, players, and academy staff.

Requirements:

• Mandatory: PE teaching qualification with a football coaching specialization.
• Proven experience coaching football, preferably with children and youth.
• Strong understanding of football techniques, tactics, and fitness training.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Positive, energetic, and committed to player development.
• Ability to work as part of a team and uphold the academy’s values.
