What You’ll Do:

• Conduct pediatric supervisory visits in patients’ homes
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living
• Monitor patient condition and provide skilled nursing oversight
• Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Georgia RN License
• CPR + First Aid Certification
• Reliable transportation
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred
