Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Paediatrician with DHA (Dubai Health Authority) licensure to join our team on an on-call basis. This role operates on a revenue-based share model, where compensation is linked to the services provided. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality paediatric care, including consultations, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for children of various age groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert paediatric care, including consultations, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for children.
• Conduct routine health screenings, immunizations, physical exams, and growth assessments.
• Manage and treat common childhood illnesses, infections, and injuries.
• Provide preventive care, advice on child development, nutrition, and overall wellness.
• Educate parents and caregivers on health concerns, preventive measures, and child development.
• Perform minor procedures as necessary and refer patients to specialists when required.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential medical records in accordance with clinic protocols.
• Offer on-call paediatric services as required, with flexible working hours.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in paediatric healthcare practices and incorporate them into daily practices.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and all medical safety standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Paediatrician.
• Proven experience in paediatrics, including the treatment of newborns, infants, children, and adolescents.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with children and their parents, offering clear and compassionate advice.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High standards of ethics, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Ability to be flexible and available for on-call work as needed.
• Fluent in English .

Compensation:
This position is based on a revenue-share model, where the compensation will be tied to the revenue generated by the services provided. Further details of the revenue-sharing arrangement will be discussed during the interview process.
