Part-Time Perfumer — Luxury Fragrance Project

We are building a modern fragrance project focused on creating powerful, long-lasting, commercially strong scents for international markets.

We are looking for a highly experienced Perfumer (Part-Time / Freelance) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in fragrance development to collaborate on creating our first collection of 6 fragrances.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both artistic perfumery and commercial success.

Responsibilities

* Develop and refine 6 unique fragrance concepts

* Create modern, addictive, high-performance scents

* Focus on:

* Longevity

* Projection

* Signature scent identity

* Commercial appeal

* Hot-climate performance

* Modify formulas based on testing feedback

* Recommend raw materials and fragrance direction

* Work closely with the founder on scent positioning and identity

Requirements

* Minimum 10+ years of experience in perfumery/fragrance formulation

* Strong understanding of modern luxury and niche perfumes

* Experience with:

* Eau de Parfum

* Extrait de Parfum

* Oil-based fragrances

* Deep knowledge of fragrance structure, accords, and raw materials

* Ability to combine creativity with commercial thinking

* Independent, detail-oriented, and efficient
