Part-Time Personal Assistant & Social Media Support

Overview We are a growing local business in South Florida looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Part-Time Personal Assistant & Social Media Support person. This is a hands-on role for someone who is sharp, motivated, and comfortable helping with both daily administrative tasks and social media. The right person should be organized, professional, tech-savvy, and able to take initiative without needing constant supervision. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, content creation, customer communication, scheduling, and helping a small business grow. Responsibilities Assist with social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms Help create, organize, and schedule posts, stories, and short videos/reels Assist with basic video editing using apps such as Canva, CapCut, or similar tools Help manage calendar, appointments, and daily scheduling Communicate with customers by phone, text, and email in a professional manner Follow up with leads, customers, and vendors Help organize photos, videos, job information, and marketing material Assist with administrative tasks and general business support Help keep daily operations organized and on track Think ahead, take initiative, and help solve small problems as they come up Requirements Strong English communication skills Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented Comfortable with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools Comfortable speaking with customers professionally Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to multitask and work independently Reliable transportation is preferred Prior experience with social media, customer service, or administrative work is a plus Schedule Part-time position, approximately 4 hours per day. Flexible schedule available, Monday to Friday preferred. Pay $18–$29 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
