Job Description:

I am seeking a responsible and compassionate individual as a part time assistant to help with the care of elderly parents. This role combines personal assistant tasks with caregiving responsibilities. The ideal candidate will help with a variety of tasks including but not limited to running errands, paying bills, meal preparation, light physical therapy, light housekeeping, and providing general reports and support.

Responsibilities:

• Check on and assist elderly parents (and handicapped sister as needed).
• Run errands, including grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, and the like
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and organizing.
• Prepare daily nutritious meals according to a plan.
• Assist with home technology (internet, phones, etc) filling out forms and handling basic paperwork.
• Coordinate appointments and communicate updates to the family.

Qualifications:

• Reliable, responsible, and compassionate.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to perform light physical tasks, such as cleaning and meal prep.
• Good communication skills and the ability to provide updates to the family.
• CNA license
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Hours:

• Part-time, approximately 3 to 4 hours per day, 5 days per week. 10 am to 2 pm.

Compensation:

• $18 to $20 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
