What We’re Looking For

We’re currently seeking reliable, dedicated piano and/or guitar instructors for part-time teaching in Denver. Lessons take place in students’ homes, so reliable transportation is required (typical commute is 15–25 minutes one way).

Availability needed:

• 2–3 days per week
• Preferred hours: 4–8pm

Compensation

• $44–$50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
• Additional paid opportunities, including instructor meetings and performance-related events

Ideal Candidates:

• Enjoy helping students grow and gain confidence
• Value music education for children and families
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Bring positive energy and enthusiasm to each lesson
• Want to be part of a supportive, established teaching team

This Role Is NOT a Good Fit If:

• You’re only looking for a very casual side gig
• Your availability doesn’t match peak hours (4–8pm)
• You’re not committed to student consistency and progress
• Teaching is not something you genuinely enjoy

Requirements:

• Personal vehicle for in-home lessons
• Comfortable using computers/webcams for online lessons
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience
• Ability to teach contemporary music styles
• Strong communication skills
• Engaging, friendly personality with kids
• Must be 21+ and reside in the Denver area
