Part time Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney - California State Bar License Required

Plaintiff personal injury law firm looking for as needed (part time) Litigation Attorney for plaintiff's personal injury work, including law and motion, propounding and responding to discovery and discovery motions, court appearances, taking and defending depositions, including deposition preparation of plaintiff. Hourly rate depending on experience.

Our firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to assist our legal team with law and motion, including discovery motions, ex parte's, legal or mediation briefs and court appearances.

Responsibilities:

• Draft legal documents.
• Meet with clients to discuss legal matters and prepare for trial.
• Work with paralegals and support staff to complete case-intensive tasks.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour
