Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Plastic Surgeon to join our team on a part-time or commission-based basis. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures, with a focus on delivering natural and high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Perform consultations and surgical/non-surgical plastic procedures.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients’ goals and needs.
• Collaborate with dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, and the marketing team to enhance clinic services.
• Ensure patient safety, satisfaction, and confidentiality at all times.
• Participate in promotional campaigns and clinic events when required.

Requirements

• Valid DHA license or eligibility letter as a Plastic Surgeon.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aesthetic or reconstructive surgery.
• Strong knowledge of modern aesthetic procedures (facelift, liposuction, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, body contouring, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Availability for part-time or specific operating days.

Compensation

• Competitive percentage-based commission or fixed session-based payment (to be discussed during the interview).
