Part-Time PM Bistro Team Member (Serving * Bartending * Cooking)

We're looking for a reliable, upbeat, and flexible part-time evening Bistro team member to join our crew. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Schedule:

Evenings/PM shifts (4:00 PM - 11:00 PM)

Part-time (hours vary)

What You'll Do

• Serve guests with friendly, attentive service
• Prepare and serve beer, wine, and cocktails
• Food prep and cooking bistro-style menu
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and kitchen area
• Handle POS transactions
• Work collaboratively with the team to keep service running smoothly

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience serving, bartending, or cooking (cross-trained a plus!)
• Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy shifts
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must meet legal age requirement for service alcohol
• Prior experience with micros
