Part Time Preschool Closer

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dependable Afterschool Closer to join our Christian Academy. At Trophy Lakes Academy, we provide a nurturing, Christ-centered environment where children can grow academically, socially, and spiritually. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth, safe, and positive end of day experience for children, families, and staff. The schedule we are looking for would be a part time shift beginning at 2:00 pm-6:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing environment
• Assist with afternoon activities, playtime, and transitions
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom and common areas
• Communicate with parents during pickup in a friendly and professional manner
• Ensure all children are signed out properly and safely
• Help close down the classroom and facility at the end of the day
• Follow all licensing and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Experience working with young children (preschool or daycare preferred)
• Warm, patient, and dependable personality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
• Must pass background check and meet state licensing requirements
• Previous childcare or teaching assistant experience (Not required)

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
