Part-Time Preschool Teacher Assistant

Pay: $17 - $24 per hour

Job Description

We're a young, growing church in Hoover with a vibrant preschool ministry! We're looking for a warm, energetic individual to help care for our precious little ones (ages baby-preschool) in our nursery and preschool rooms. My family loves anything Star Wars and our daughter, Lily, is obsessed with Baby Yoda! We typically have 5-8 babies and 5-15 preschoolers (in separate rooms). Our playful group love to sing songs and play with their favorite toys, including their stuffed unicorns and LEGOs. We have a fully stocked nursery and are looking for someone to help create a safe, fun, and engaging environment. The position is part-time, with flexible hours available. Pay is $22/hour. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of young children while being part of a growing church community.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with diaper changes and feeding babies
• Leading age-appropriate activities for preschoolers
