Part-Time Procurement & Studio Coordinator — Interior Design Studio

Abby Kuskin Interior Design is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Procurement & Studio Coordinator to support purchasing, project administration, vendor communication, and studio operations for high-end residential and hospitality interior design projects.

This is an in-person, part-time role, approximately 2–3 days per week, based in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate has experience with interior design procurement, Studio Designer or similar software, vendor follow-up, purchase orders, order tracking, and installation coordination.

Responsibilities include preparing proposals and purchase orders, tracking orders and lead times, coordinating with vendors and receivers, maintaining project budgets and procurement logs, organizing samples and materials, assisting with client/project documentation, and supporting general studio administration.

Interior design office experience is strongly preferred. Must be highly organized, proactive, professional, and comfortable managing many details at once.

Rate: $35–$50/hour, depending on experience.Schedule: Part-time, in person, 2–3 days/week.Location: Los Angeles.
