We handle client booking, scheduling, billing, and administrative support so you can focus on delivering exceptional animal care.

Position Overview:

As a Professional Pet Care Provider, you will travel to clients’ homes to provide personalized, one-on-one care in a calm, residential setting. Unlike kennel or daycare environments, this role allows you to work independently, build trusted relationships with clients and their pets, and deliver high-quality care in the comfort of each pet’s home.

This is a part-time employee position with visits scheduled based on active client bookings. Schedules are built in advance and expand as you build your client base within your assigned service area.

We offer:

• Morning visits (6 AM – 9 AM)
• Midday visits (11 AM – 2 PM)
• Evening visits (6 PM – 9 PM)
• Optional overnight/sleepover assignments (8 PM – 7 AM)

Holiday availability is required, as holidays are the busiest time in the professional pet care industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional in-home pet care
• Feed, refresh water, and administer medications as instructed
• Care for dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens, birds, and small caged animals
• Walk dogs and monitor pet behavior and health
• Maintain clean feeding areas and litter boxes
• Communicate clearly with pet owners
• Maintain accurate visit records in company CRM
• Upload required documentation
• Share approved pet photos for company social media

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Reside within 10 miles of hiring areas listed
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Comfortable driving between client homes
• Smartphone with internet access
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift 20 lbs and walk at least half a mile
• Availability during required service windows
• Availability on major holidays including:
• Christmas
• Thanksgiving
• New Year’s Eve & Day
• Easter
• Memorial Day
• Labor Day
• Fourth of July
• Fingerprint background clearance or ability to obtain one
