Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Part-Time Professor to join our team remotely. This role involves delivering engaging online courses across our Mathematics, General Business, Marketing, and Finance departments. We are looking for innovative educators committed to academic rigor and student success in a 100% online, accredited learning environment. This role is ideal for subject matter experts who possess a blend of high-level academic credentials and practical industry experience.

Essential Responsibilities

• Instructional Excellence: Deliver engaging, high-quality online instruction across core disciplines to a diverse, global student body.
• Curriculum Leadership: Contribute to curriculum development and the continuous improvement of course materials to ensure alignment with current global industry trends.
• Mentorship: Provide timely feedback and academic guidance to students, fostering a supportive and professional learning atmosphere.
• Compliance: Maintain accurate records of student progress and adhere to university policies and accreditation standards.

Required Qualifications

• Primary Academic Credential: PhD or DBA in Mathematics, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field is strictly preferred.
• Note for International Candidates: Degrees earned outside the U.S. must be accompanied by a NACES-approved credential evaluation confirming U.S. doctoral equivalency.
• Alternative Qualification: Candidates with a Master’s degree and at least 18 graduate semester hours specifically in the assigned discipline (Mathematics, General Business, Marketing, or Finance) will be considered based on professional experience.
• Communication: Native or near-native English proficiency is required for all instructional and administrative duties.
