Part-Time Project Marketing Associate (Project-Based)

TAM Adventures is building a small execution team for a confidential, premium travel project. This is a short-term, performance-driven role (30–45 days) suited for individuals who are comfortable working in a results-oriented environment rather than fixed long-term employment.

Compensation is primarily performance-based with earnings linked to confirmed outcomes. The project runs until limited seats are filled or the project period concludes.

You will work closely with the Project Lead to support outreach, community engagement and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Outreach and engagement with relevant communities
• Initiating conversations and supporting lead follow-ups
• Coordinating qualified leads with the Project Lead
• Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

You will not handle payments or pricing.

Compensation

• Minimum monthly cap: AED 1,000 (performance-based)
• Additional earnings tied directly to confirmed outcomes
• No fixed retainer; earnings vary by performance

Requirements

• Comfortable with performance-based, short-term project work
• Strong communication and people engagement skills
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Existing network or community access is a plus
