Part Time Psych Nurse Practitioner

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate master's level Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized care to patients with mental health conditions. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, diagnose, and treat patients, while also collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans. This is an opportunity to provide psychotherapy and develop and strengthen skills of diagnosis and treatment

Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments of patients
- Administer medications and monitor their effectiveness
- Provide individualized psychotherapy to patients

- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license in MA
- Master's Degree in Psychiatric Nursing

- Certification as PMHNP

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
