Part-Time Receptionist

Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive first impression
  • Answer calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette
  • Support office management by coordinating supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with clerical duties like photocopying and mail distribution

Experience

  • Previous office or administrative experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven customer service experience with excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual settings preferred
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette, proofreading skills, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally
