Part-time Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Performing three way matching of purchase orders, receiving reports and vendor invoices to ensure accuracy
  • Reconciling vendor statements

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills

Schedule:

  • Monday thru Friday: 12:00PM - 5:00PM

* All offers of employment are conditional upon the successful completion of a background check and drug testing

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

  • Novi, MI 48375 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Novi, MI 48375: Relocate before starting work (Required)
