Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk in
• Schedule appointments efficiently using salon management software such as Vagaro or similar platforms
• Perform professional waxing services, including body waxing and facial waxing, adhering to strict sanitation and safety protocols
• Assist clients with product recommendations and retail sales to enhance their skincare routines
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across treatment rooms and common areas in compliance with health regulations
• Manage front desk operations by answering phone calls, confirming appointments, and handling client inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatments and products while fostering a positive atmosphere
