Part Time Receptionist / Office Assistant

Burbank entertainment marketing agency is seeking an organized, proactive Receptionist/Office Assistant.

Part Time, Monday – Friday, five hours per day/ 25 hours per week. Ideally 12 – 5, but time of day is flexible as long as the schedule is regular week to week.

General responsibilities:

Receptionist

· Answer multiple phone lines

· Greet and check in visitors

· Receive and distribute packages/deliveries/mail

· Place, receive and organize staff lunch and catering orders

Office Assistant

· Maintain office supplies and equipment

· Maintain kitchen area - load/unload dishwasher, wipe down counters, stock paper towels, coffee supplies and snacks

· Organize conference calls and zoom meetings

· Assist with calendar management

· Lead annual holiday card and gift campaign - update database, purchase, wrap and oversee distribution of corporate cards and gifts

· Scan/email documents and other general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

· Must have polished, professional, friendly demeanor and strong phone skills

· Quick-thinking, calm and grounded under pressure, able to anticipate needs

· Able to work independently to manage both time and tasks

· Comfortable with very busy periods as well as periods of down time

· Mac literate

· Solid Microsoft Word/Excel Skills
