Part time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part time Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Answering a multi line phone system in a very fast paced environment.
  • Organize and file documents for easy retrieval.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to enhance office efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an office environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent customer support skills, with a focus on resolving inquiries professionally.
  • Familiarity with administrative duties and office practices.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
