We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part time Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Answering a multi line phone system in a very fast paced environment.
- Organize and file documents for easy retrieval.
- Provide administrative support as needed to enhance office efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned

- Previous experience in an office environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer support skills, with a focus on resolving inquiries professionally.
- Familiarity with administrative duties and office practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
