Job Title: Part-Time Recruiter (Remote / Work From Home)

Compensation: $300/week Base + Performance Bonuses (Up to $3,500/month total earnings), with room to grow.

Responsibilities

• Review candidates through job postings

• Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up consistently

• Represent the company professionally throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Comfortable working toward performance goals
