Responsibilities

• Source candidates through multiple channels including social media platforms, job boards, or LinkedIN.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit, utilizing effective interviewing techniques.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities within ATS like Lever or Taleo.
• Build strong relationships with potential candidates through cold calling, relationship management, and talent pipelining efforts.
• Stay informed about employment laws, HR sourcing best practices, and industry trends to ensure compliant and effective recruiting processes.

Experience

• Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills are essential for engaging candidates and closing offers successfully.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize social media management tools for talent sourcing and employer branding initiatives.
