Part-Time Recruiting and Engagement Specialist

Location: Greensboro, NC

Position: Part-Time Recruiter

Hours/Schedule: Permanent Part Time, could develop into a full-time position based on performance.

Compensation Details: Base wage $13.00 – $15.00/hour based on experience; realistic bonus potential.

Job Description:

• Recruit high-caliber, qualified respondents for research studies
• Maintain appropriate and accurate respondent data records
• Schedule and confirm respondents for research studies to ensure attendance and completion
• Serve as hostess/host for focus groups, product placements and off-site projects
• Grow the respondent database through networking and grassroots methods
• Adhere to office protocols and company standards

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to work 3:30-7:30 pm, Monday-Thursday
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take direction and work independently
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, evening and weekend hours
• Exhibits a positive, outgoing and friendly personality
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to shift quickly between multiple priorities
• Demonstrates professionalism and integrity
• Ability to work in a highly organized manner
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Social Media is a plus
• Experience with telephone business interactions or customer service is a plus

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
