Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Title: Behavior Technician

**Attain SLB is currently seeking part-time behavior technicians/registered behavior technicians who have availability primarily in the afternoons (e.g., about 3:30pm at earliest to 6pm weekdays) and daytime availability on Thursdays and Fridays. Having extra hours available is a plus. The current position would support between 20-25 hours. Employees will have the opportunity to start part-time and increase hours if desired as additional cases are obtained.

Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency in treatment approach
- Support clients in developing and improving social, communication, and daily living skills
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to promote desired behaviors
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred)
- Previous experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow directions and implement behavior plans accurately
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
