Part Time Registered Nurse

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess clinical experience in geriatrics or home care services. This role involves providing comprehensive patient assessments, developing care plans, training new caregivers, monitoring patient care in their homes every 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments.
• Develop Care Plans for new and existing patients
• Train New caregivers on medication services
• Supervise Care being provided including conducting supervisory visits.

Skills

• Proven experience with EMR systems
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy & physiology principles relevant to diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with infection control practices and aseptic techniques essential for maintaining patient safety.
• Excellent communication skills for working effectively with patients and collaborating within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
