Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Remote Billing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
● Prepare, review, and process client invoices accurately and on schedule.
● Manage customer billing records and ensure all billing information is current and accurate.
● Enter, update, and maintain data within company databases and billing systems.
● Verify timesheets, work orders, and supporting documentation for invoicing purposes.
● Reconcile billing discrepancies and work with internal teams to resolve issues.
● Track outstanding invoices and assist with accounts receivable follow-up.
● Generate billing reports and provide updates to management as requested.
● Maintain organized electronic records and documentation.
● Support administrative projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
● High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
● Minimum 2 years of administrative, billing, bookkeeping, or data entry experience.
● Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and cloud-based software platforms.
● Experience with CRM, accounting, or billing software preferred.
● Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
● Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Experience
● Telecommunications, staffing, workforce development, or contractor management industry experience.
● Familiarity with invoice processing, accounts receivable, and customer account management.
