Part-Time Remote HR Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Remote HR Assistant to join our dynamic human resources team. The Part-Time HR Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the HR function. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicates well, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, service-based environment.

  • Post job openings and manage applicant flow
  • Screen candidates and schedule interviews
  • Maintain employee records and HR files
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Track employee certifications and required documentation
  • Support payroll coordination and time tracking
  • Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Experience

  • Previous HR, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience with HR software or ATS systems is a plus

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
