Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Remote HR Assistant to join our dynamic human resources team. The Part-Time HR Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the HR function. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicates well, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, service-based environment.
- Post job openings and manage applicant flow
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews
- Maintain employee records and HR files
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Track employee certifications and required documentation
- Support payroll coordination and time tracking
- Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Experience
- Previous HR, recruiting, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with HR software or ATS systems is a plus
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
