Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct televisits
• Review and interpret laboratory results
• Communicate test results and management plans to patients

Qualifications:

• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified PA with a focus on primary care
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a healthcare team
• Need a minimum of 1 year of prior primary care experience
