Part-Time Remote Technical Recruiter (360 Recruitment)

Job Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Remote Technical Recruiter specialising in 360 recruitment processes for a high-growth client in the GCC countries industrial field. This role is heavily focused on high-volume hiring across sales, marketing, industrial, technical, and logistics functions. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is confident managing multiple hiring organic pipelines, and excels at partnering with hiring managers to deliver results quickly and efficiently. The final salary offer will be based on the candidate's proven experience and qualifications, as assessed during the interview process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation: proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media management and professional networks.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and HRIS platforms to organise candidate data efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients through effective relationship management and communication skills.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Utilise social media platforms to promote job openings and enhance employer branding.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities within ATS platforms, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to onboarding assistance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation and talent sourcing within the industrial, technical, and logistics realm
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting across diverse functions.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems such as Workday, Taleo, Salesforce, and PeopleSoft, alongside HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse nationalities.
  • Experience working remotely with strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools for recruitment purposes.
  • Ability to manage relationships professionally across diverse stakeholders.
  • Prior remote work experience is non-negotiable, including fluency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, WhatsApp Business, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace); candidates must have ideally worked with GCC-based companies—applications without this experience will not be considered

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
