Part Time Residential Property Manager (Must be living on St.John)

Job Summary
Looking for property manager to oversee the real estate of residential apartments in St. John. Experienced professional w/ knowledge of marketing, maintenance, leasing and management.

Responsibilities include fielding tenant calls, review applicants/leases, collection of rents, and oversee maintenance & capital improvements. Candidate must have knowledge of Word & Excel and have the ability to work independently. 2+ years experience in property management, leasing, real estate, or hospitality required. Competitive compensation. Flexible days and times. Must be living on St. John to be considered.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
