Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Accurately process cash, credit, and digital payments using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Handle food handling and cashiering duties with precision, ensuring correct order entry and transaction completion
• Assist with food preparation tasks when needed to support kitchen staff and maintain service flow
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service and minimize wait times

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, cashiering, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform light food preparation, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is advantageous but not mandatory
• Flexibility to work part-time hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
