Part-time Restaurant Server/Bartender

Evermore Wine Bar & Cafe is seeking a FOH Team Member to join our small team. Known for our old-world café charm, Evermore offers a welcoming space for guests to savor and connect.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive customer service
• Help perform as a server and as a bartender
• Educate guests about our wine selection and assist in pairing decisions
• Assist in opening and/or closing duties
• Provide general support in FOH as a team player (bussing, cleaning, serving, bartending)
• Help organize, prep items, and take care of FOH through side work and prep work

Our team size during work is typically 2-3 people at a time, fostering a close-knit work environment.

Schedule

• Shifts typically 5 hours to 10 hours
• Must be available at least 3 days per week (Saturday and Sunday availability required)
• Occasional shifts from 12:00 PM to close may be needed
• Expected number of weekly hours is 20-30hrs

Experience & Skills

• Restaurant experience recommended
• Wine experience recommended
• Strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus

Compensation

• $15/hour base pay
• Minimum expected hourly rate including tips is $22

Dress Code

• Black dress pants, black collared shirt, and non-slip black shoes required
• Aprons and bowties/ties are provided as part of the uniform

Base Pay: $15.00 per hour
