Part-time Retail Cannabis Sales Associate

What You’ll Do:

• Be the Ultimate Guide – Help customers find the perfect product to match their vibe, whether they’re seeking relaxation, creativity, or an energy boost.
• Create a Top-Tier Shopping Experience – Engage customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations in a welcoming, upbeat environment.
• Stay in the Know – Keep up with the latest products, strains, and trends so you can offer the best insights and advice.
• Keep it Fresh – Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and ensure our displays look great.
• Ring it Up with Confidence – Handle transactions quickly and accurately, keeping the energy high and the process smooth.
• Teamwork Makes the Dream Work – Help with inventory, fulfillment, and store upkeep while keeping a positive, collaborative vibe.

What We’re Looking For:

• 21+ with a passion for cannabis and customer service
• Retail experience (bonus points if it’s in cannabis)
• A friendly, outgoing personality that makes people feel comfortable and excited to shop
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Tech-savvy with basic computer skills (POS experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
• A team player with a great work ethic and positive attitude
