Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team at Rebalance Physical Therapy to work in house on sales and marketing. This role is essential in promoting our services and enhancing our brand presence. The Marketing Manager will work closely with our therapists to ensure effective communication and organization within the practice.

Responsibilities

• Sales- being able to speak with potential new clients and work on conversions.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our physical therapy services.
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to attract potential clients.
• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including performance marketing and advertising initiatives.
• Collaborate with therapists to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with patient care goals.
• Utilize programs such as Hubspot, Canva and other creative platforms for designing promotional materials and content.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns effectively.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of content marketing and social media strategies.
• Familiarity with Canva for content creation and design.
• Excellent copywriting skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization.
• Experience with WordPress and Hubspot for website management is a plus.
• Available to work on-site in clinic and for events
