Part-Time Sales Assistant (Direct-to-Consumer)

Location: South Tacoma, WA (In-Office)

Schedule: Tuesday – Thursday, 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM (22.5 hours/week)

Pay Range: $20.00 – $22.00 / hour (Depending on experience)

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive, reliable self-starter to manage our direct-to-consumer sales support at our South Tacoma dealership. Because you will often be working independently in the office, a high degree of autonomy, trustworthiness, and strong organizational skills are required.

In this role, you will receive tasks and direction directly from the business owner.

What You’ll Do:

- Execute daily tasks and priorities assigned directly by the owner.

- Operate independently to keep the office running smoothly from Tuesday through Thursday.

- Efficiently process customer transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

- Handle local errands, including short trips to the Department of Licensing (DOL), UPS, and the post office.

- Communicate and coordinate closely with two other core team members to ensure seamless daily operations.

- Follow up with inbound consumer leads via phone and email.

- Manage the sales calendar and assist with customer scheduling.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision (highly self-motivated).

- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to handle quick out-of-office errands (mileage reimbursed).

- Experience handling point-of-sale systems, processing transactions, or basic bookkeeping.

- Strong communication skills to keep a remote team aligned.

- A professional, welcoming demeanor for direct-to-consumer interactions.

- Preferred Software Skills (A Plus, But Not Required):

QuickBooks (for transaction processing and basic financial tracking)

Wix (for basic website updates or lead management)

Gmail / Google Workspace (for daily communication and scheduling)

Meta (for lead response and customer flow)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
