Part Time Sales Consultant - Fredericksburg

Superior Fence & Rail, the nation’s leading fence contractor, is currently seeking an experienced Fence Sales Consultant for immediate hire in a part time position. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity where your compensation is determined by your success. Full Time average earnings range from $75K to $120K per year, with Part Time success dictated by how many appointments are ran (Nights & Weekends).

We provide warm leads, but the ideal candidate should also have experience generating their own leads through canvassing, door-knocking, networking, and referrals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Become familiar with Superior Fence & Rail’s proven sales process while leveraging your own selling style to maximize success.
• Present and sell the features and benefits of our fencing products to prospective customers.
• Follow up effectively to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Proactively prospect for new customers through self-generated leads, including canvassing neighborhoods, door-knocking, networking, and referrals.
• Maintain a strong appointment schedule to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Utilize our CRM system, which tracks appointments and automates follow-up reminders to help you stay organized and engaged with prospects.
• Access our appointment training software, which allows you to listen to top closers across our system, helping you refine your pitch and accelerate your training.
• Earn bonuses for achieving key performance targets, such as:
• Generating customer reviews
• Meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals
• Exceeding closing rate benchmarks

Minimum Requirements:

• 2–3 years of outside sales experience (required).
• 1–2 years of in-home sales experience (preferred).
• Experience generating leads through canvassing, door-knocking, and networking.
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends.
• Must pass a background investigation (no felony convictions).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong work ethic.
• Basic computer proficiency (Google G-Suite preferred).
• Reliable transportation is required – a gas card and mileage compensation will be provided.
