Client Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)
- Identify, approach, pitch, and onboard new SME clients
- Visit restaurants, retail outlets, offices, startups, and other businesses
- Convert prospects into long-term accounting service clients
Field Sales & Business Development
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers
- Clearly explain accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, and business support services
- Build long-term professional relationships
Client Coordination & Onboarding
- Act as the first point of contact for new client inquiries
- Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and follow-ups with the internal team
Accounting Understanding & Documentation
- Collect client documents and understand basic accounting & VAT requirements
- Prepare quotations, service agreements, and proposals
Reporting & Tracking
- Maintain lead and client data using Excel /CRM
- Submit weekly visit, activity, and sales performance reports
