Part-Time Sales Representative

Gil’s Welding and Fabrication is looking for a motivated part-time sales rep to help us grow.

This is a great opportunity for someone who knows construction, welding, or has sales experience and wants to earn based on performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responding to incoming leads quickly and professionally
• Meeting with customers and reviewing project needs
• Building estimates (materials, labor, scope)
• Following up and closing deals
• Keeping communication organized and consistent

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales experience preferred (construction or trades is a big plus)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads
• Reliable and accountable

Schedule:

• Part-time (approx. 20 hours/week)
• Must be available for meetings and client visits

Pay:

• Minimum wage + 5% commission on all closed deals over $1,500
