Job Duties

Individual jobs change every day, but many jobs get done every week. You will be asked to do any combination of jobs throughout the week. These may be, but are not limited to...

• Blowing off greens, collars, approaches, & tees
• Blowing out bunkers
• Raking bunkers
• Mowing tees
• Mowing collars & approaches
• Emptying garbage’s
• Weed whacking (tree bases, pond edge, O.B. line, road side, etc...)
• Moving tee markers
• Cleaning bathroom/porta-potty
• Re-filling ball washers
• Picking up debris (branches, wood piles, rocks, etc...)

Work Attire

• Closed toe shoes/boots only. No crocs, No flip flops/sandals, No bare feet.
• Kakey pants or shorts with plain shirt or tucked in polo are preferred but not required. Regular tee shirt, long sleeve or jacket/hoodie is acceptable. Jeans and cargo pants/shorts are acceptable. No tank tops, No profanity, No nudity, No homemade jean shorts “daisy dukes”, No basketball shorts, and Nothing revealing.
• REMINDER this is an outdoor, manual labor job. High probability that you will get dirty.

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday/6:00am to 12:00pm
• Will be asked to work either a Saturday or Sunday/5:30am to approx. 9:30am (depending on job duties that day)
• Due to weather or early tournaments, they will be days when start times & end times will be adjusted (Ex. 7:00am start due to frost, 5:00 start due to an 8:00am tournament, 10:00am end time due to temperatures exceeding 100 degrees Fahrenheit, or 2:00pm end time to finish aerifying greens). All of these changes will be notified in advance.

Other

• Starting rate is minimum wage; $16/hr but opportunities for increase in pay and recurring seasonal employment are available to outstanding and reliable workers.
• Flexible with time off requests; as long as it doesn’t innerfere with major events like championship tournaments and aerifying greens.
• Free golf outside of scheduled work hours. Events like tournaments and league nights may affect availability.
• Phones/music/headphones are allowed, baring it doesn’t affect one’s work.
• Allotted one, paid 15-minute break.
• Things provided to you will be ear protection, eye protection, gloves, and bottles of water in the shop fridge. You are more than welcome to bring your own personal PPE, drinks, and snacks.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
